I recently arrived in Haney to visit family & friends, and along the way from Alberta I noticed a slight vibration on my summer wheelset, which had just been mounted. Trevor's guys booked me in for the next morning and balanced all 4 rims, which were all slightly unbalanced. My Audi allroad is now perfectly smooth and once again a pleasure to drive thanks to Trevor and the boys.

From this older woman's perspective, I received respectful and Fantastic communication and customer service from the staff at Downes. They fixed my air conditioning, an oil change and put my summer tires on for a reasonable price and in only 1 day! I would absolutely recommend these guys.

I've been plagued with a intermittent parasitic drain ever since I bought my 2007 chevy silverado 2500hd. I have had it in a few shops and nobody could figure out what was the problem. I read reviews about Downes auto repair and thought I would give them a try. I was thrilled that they found burnt wires up under dash cause by rubbing emergency brake cable. I will take my business to Downes for now on. They were upfront about every thing and I was informed about the progress. Good job guys

I brought my car in to get my brakes fixed, I was shown what was going on, it was explained to me what was needed (brake pads & rotors). I was told in the office $80 …I am taking this as my extreme misunderstanding because to be very honest, I know nothing about cars, I tried researching different places around d Maple Ridge etc. I came back to get my car (thanks to the wonderful complimentary Uber) and invoice was $791.11 …I was absolutely floored…I left thinking ok $80 but I am assuming here they meant $80 for the parts…as I am not a confrontational person I obviously paid it, I feel like it was absolutely my misunderstanding not the fault of the employees, I just wish I confirmed things because $791.11 blew my mind and totally drained me financially 😭 but car is fixed..I feel safe driving my kids now so it is what it is!

I brought a 2012 Volvo to Downes that needed an inspection done. The car had been sitting for over a year and needed a couple things. Downes was great to work with. I found they were very honest, sent videos and photos of what was wrong. I found there prices to be very fair. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
